The Order App is our solution for digital ordering: fast, simple, and available 24/7. You can order from your standard order list or our full product range, select a delivery date, add delivery instructions if needed, and submit the order directly via the app. Additionally, your branch’s WhatsApp group remains available at all times for assistance and advice.

What is the Standard Order List?

This is your fixed list of frequently ordered products, set up when you first started using the Order App. You can add or remove products yourself. Want to place a one-off order? Simply add the item directly to your shopping cart; this does not change your standard order list.

By what time can I place an order for same-day delivery?

Place your order before 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday) and we will deliver on the same day, on all three islands.

On which days do you deliver?

This varies by island: on Curaçao, we deliver six days a week (Monday through Saturday). On Bonaire and Sint Maarten, we deliver from Monday through Friday.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For delivery, the guideline is a minimum of half a box per product; larger orders are more cost-effective. Prefer to order a smaller quantity? You can always pick up your order, regardless of the amount, at the branch on your island; there is no minimum requirement for this.
